Cleansers need to be effective in killing and controlling the Propioni bacteria that is found in acne.

To get the greatest benefit from an acne treatment, cleanse at least twice a day and do not scrub; use a treatment that can exfoliate without causing flaking, excessive dryness or irritation; and, a mask to give you a little extra deep penetrating benefit a few times a week.
